Clean as you clear
Rooms cleaned as the family empties them.
Sorting a house takes weekends, and the dust and boxes pile up. We come on the days the family is there, or between them, clean each room once it's empty and leave it closed, so the work doesn't all land at the end.
What's included
Each emptied room cleaned top to bottom, then closed
Kitchen cabinets, drawers and pantry shelves, once you've taken what you want
Dishes and glassware marked to donate, washed and boxed
Trash and recycling you point to, bagged and carried out
Bathrooms wiped down for the family still using them
Floors vacuumed and mopped along the paths people use

Before you book
The price, the extras and the ground rules

A room you haven't cleared: we won't enter it until you say so
Before we arrive
Tag or tape what stays, goes or is held: we follow the tags
Tell us which rooms are open to us
Put papers, photos, jewelry and medications in a room we won't enter, or take them with you
A lockbox code or someone at the door
What we don't do
Sort, judge or move what's in the rooms
Open closed boxes, bags or drawers
Haul away furniture
Throw out anything you haven't told us to
The visit
How the visit goes
- 01Confirmation
Step 1: The evening before
Fannie texts who is coming and which rooms are on the day's list.
- 02Arrival
Step 2: The list at the door
Fannie, or whoever from the family is there, reads the list with Bartosz before we start.
- 03Clean day
Step 3: Room by room
In the order you pick. Anything unexpected gets a text and a photo, and we wait for your answer.
- 04Last step
Step 4: Closed and noted
Each finished room is closed, and we leave a note of what's done and what's left.
Questions
Short answers
Do we need to be there?
For the first visit, someone from the family walks the list with Fannie. After that, a lockbox code and a text at the end of the day are enough if you prefer.
Can you pack the house?
We box kitchen items you've marked for donation. A mover or packing service does the rest, and we clean after them.
What if family members disagree about what stays?
We follow the tags on the day. If two people disagree about a room, we leave it and move to the next one.
Sorting on a Saturday? Let's plan it.
Tell us which weekends the family will be there. Fannie will call to plan the visits.
