This page explains what Herndon Estate Cleaning collects when you use this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive your name, phone number, the address of the house, the dates you give us and anything you write in the message. If you text or call us, we see your number and the message. We don't ask for, and you shouldn't send, alarm codes, key codes, passwords, account numbers or anything about what is inside the house.

How we use it

We use it to call or text you about your request, to plan a walk-through, to write a quote and to do the work. We don't sell it, and we don't share it except with the estate's attorney or realtor when you tell us to, and with the people who host this site and carry its messages.

Photos

Photos of a house are taken only with your permission and are sent to you. We don't post them.

How long we keep it

We keep the signed list and invoice for the estate's records as long as the law or the estate's attorney asks. Other messages we delete when the request is closed.
