What we touch, what we ask about and what we leave alone

This is the list we start from. At the walk-through we adjust it for your house and you sign it. A room you haven't cleared stays closed until you say otherwise.

When we find something

If we find something, we stop.

Houses hold surprises. Whatever we find, we don't decide what it is or where it goes.

  • We leave it exactly where it is

  • We photograph it in place

  • We text you the photo and wait for your answer

  • You decide, and we write the decision on the list
