Cleaning for a house in transition
Four jobs, priced from a written list. Fannie works out at the walk-through which ones you need, and the others come off the quote.
Closing and pre-sale clean
The empty house, top to bottom, ready for photos, a buyer or the closing.
How it worksClean as you clear
Rooms cleaned on the days the family is sorting, one at a time, each left closed.
How it worksAttics, basements and garages
Dust, cobwebs, shelves and floors, after the contents have gone.
How it worksDownsizing: two homes
The new place before the boxes arrive, and the old house after the movers.
How it works
Not our work
What we don't do, and who to call
Some houses need a specialist. We'd rather say so at the walk-through than start a job we shouldn't.
Crowded or hoarded houses
If a house can't be walked safely, we stop at the walk-through. A professional clean-out service or the family's social worker or attorney can usually point you to one.
Mold, biohazards and pests
We don't clean up mold, bodily fluids, droppings or infestations. We photograph what we see and tell you who to call.
Hauling, lifting and heights
We don't remove furniture or appliances, climb on roofs, or work from ladders above a normal step. A hauler or mover does that.
Not sure which one you need?
Fannie will work it out with you at the walk-through, in the house or on video.
