Bathrooms: tile, tub, toilet, sink and mirror
Floors vacuumed and mopped, carpets vacuumed
Windows inside, with sills and tracks
Closets, shelves, doors and light switches
Light fixtures, vents and baseboards

The visit
How the visit goes
- 01Confirmation
Step 1: The evening before
Fannie texts the arrival time and who is coming, usually Bartosz and Joselyn.
- 02Arrival
Step 2: At the door
Bartosz goes through the signed list and the rooms with you, or by video, before anything starts.
- 03Clean day
Step 3: The clean
Top to bottom, a room at a time, floors last. If we find something that isn't on the list, we stop and text you a photo.
- 04Last step
Step 4: The final walk-through
With you, the realtor you've named or by video. A room that isn't right on the list is fixed before we leave.
Questions
Short answers
How long does it take?
A three-bedroom house usually takes a crew of three most of a day. Bigger houses, finished basements and attics take longer, and the quote says how long.
Can the realtor let you in?
Yes, if you tell us in writing who it is. We don't hand a key or a code to anyone you haven't named.
What if the buyer's inspection finds dust?
Tell us within two days and we'll come back and fix any item on the signed list. The policies page has the terms.
The keys are due. Let's see the house.
Tell us the address and the date. Fannie calls back within one business day to find a time to walk it.
